In accordance with the latest travel advisories, we are not recommending that clients book new travel at this time, unless it is to arrange for return travel home. If you are booking new travel, please remember to consider the following:

Please contact RBC Rewards Travel at 1-877-636-28701-877-636-2870. Please note airlines and other travel providers are updating their COVID19 cancelation policies often. RBC Rewards will process your cancelation according to your travel providers policies.

If you want to cancel and receive a full refund, please follow the instructions below. Please note cancellation policies vary based upon check in date and you need to cancel your booking within the eligible cancellation window to receive a refund. You can find the booking cancellation policy on the booking itinerary page, and you will only qualify for a refund if you cancel your booking within the cancellation window.
Please note that due to the large number of cancellations, it may take up to 30 days for you to receive your refund.
If you want to cancel a hotel reservation and it is less than 48 hours before your check-in, please contact our Travel Rewards Call Centre at 1-877-636-28701-877-636-2870.
Clients must contact their travel provider who made the original booking (i.e., RBC Rewards Travel Call Centre if Rewards points were used), in order to facilitate any changes or cancellations. To support you during this time, RBC Rewards will not be charging any RBC change fees. Please note that travel providers do have specific policies where change and cancellation fees may be applied.
