Before you make your travel arrangement or board your flight to Canada, please visit ArriveCan for more information. For RBC clients who booked travel through RBC Rewards and require changes, please follow the instructions under “Cancellation, change and insurance policies”. Please note airlines and other travel providers are updating their COVID-19 cancelation polices often. RBC Rewards will process your cancelation according to your travel provider policies. If you want to cancel and receive a full refund, please follow the instructions below. Please note cancellation policies vary based upon check in date and you need to cancel your booking within the eligible cancellation window to receive a refund. You can find the booking cancellation policy on the booking itinerary page, and you will only qualify for a refund if you cancel your booking within the cancellation window.

Clients must contact their travel provider who made the original booking (i.e., RBC Rewards Travel Call Centre if Rewards points were used), in order to facilitate any changes or cancellations.
