Financial Rewards

Due to the COVID-19 situation, we are currently experiencing service interruptions with our fulfillment centre. As a result, Financial Reward orders cannot be fulfilled until further notice.

As an alternative, please know that you can still leverage Pay Credit Card with Points, Pay Bills with Points and Interac e-Transfer with Points to help manage your finances.

Gift Cards

While you can still continue to purchase gift cards with your points, please note that you may experience some delays due to service interruptions with our fulfillment centre.

There are no interruptions at this time. You may continue to redeem your points for charitable donations.

Financial Rewards

Due to the COVID-19 situation, we are currently experiencing service interruptions with our fulfillment centre. As a result, Financial Reward orders cannot be fulfilled until further notice.

As an alternative, please know that you can still leverage Pay Credit Card with Points, Pay Bills with Points and Interac e-Transfer with Points to help manage your finances.

A. All existing orders will be fulfilled; however, you may experience some delays due to service interruptions with our fulfillment centre.

A: We do not recommend clients visit their local branch for nonessential services. However, should you require immediate access to the funds from your Financial Rewards voucher, we ask that you check the branch locator to find the closest available branch prior to your visit as some of our branches have temporarily closed.

A: Yes, RBC Rewards clients can continue to use points to pay their online and mobile trade commissions or make a deposit or contribution with RBC Direct Investing.

A. While you can still continue to purchase gift cards with your points, please note that you may experience some delays due to service interruptions with our fulfillment centre.

A. Unfortunately, we are unable to provide exact timing on when your deliveries will arrive at this time. We’re currently experiencing an extremely large amount of calls, orders and requests and are doing everything we can to meet all orders as quickly as possible.

A. Any order that was placed on or after March 12th will result in delivery delays and we apologize for any inconvenience that this may cause. Due to the large volume of requests that our Advice Centre is receiving, we ask that you please not call until 10 business days after placing your order. After 10 business days, you may contact us at 1-800-769-2512 and one of our Advisors will be happy to provide you with a status on your order. Please note that wait times are currently extremely long and we thank you for your patience.

There are no interruptions at this time, so you may continue to redeem your points using Interac e-Transfer feature. Please click here to send an e-Transfer
